Co-curricular

The school has a strong bias for co-curricular activities which are stimulating and helpful to the academic, intellectual and social well being of the pupils. The school thus encourages new skills and interest in its pupils via cultural societies and clubs such as the Literary and Debating club; Cub Scout; Girls Guide; the Brownies, Junior Jet Club; Fine Art Club, French Club and the Young Science Club and the Computer Club.

Membership of any of these clubs is open to all pupils who will be required to procure the necessary uniforms. At least one teacher in the school is designated as an executive member or leader of each club/society

Dances

A special co-curricular programme at toydam Children School is the teaching of dances. We hold weekly lessons in dance, conducted by professional dancers.
Areas of focus include European dances, raditional dance, aerobics, etc. By chice some of our parents partake in these lessons. It is always a delight to watch experts steps of our dancing children during our school events.

Sport and Recreation

An all-round development of the child covers his mental, affective and psychomotor domain. To achieve this, our children are exposed to regular physical and Health Education and are encouraged to participate actively in sports.

Swimming

Our children are given regular lessons in swimming, under the guidance of experts. All our pupil are given the opportunity to be part of this lessons. They are safe and exciting.

Music

The school has a comprehensive range of musicals instruments which are augmented from time to time, these include the keyboard, drums set, clarinet, villin, recorders, among others.
The instructors are experts who ensure that every pupil has appreciable practical skills in at least one instrument.
Our pupils sometimes take part in external musical concerts of their age-groups and are often featured at most of our school's annual social activities.

Social Diary

Learning at toydam Schools is fun and exiting. Our social diary includes the graduation ceremony and end of the year party which always offer lots of fun and unforgetable memories to both the pupils and the parents.
Birthdays of children are recognised in each class all through the year. Parents whose children are celebrating birthdays are free to send in party packs. However the school reserves the right to censor the things sent to the school before distribution to other kids.
